A motorcycle marketing decision sort of rides into the rivalry between two notable bike rallies and hopefully into the hearts of riders.

Motorcycle rallies are supposed to be about, well, motorcycles. The Buffalo Chip knows this and have lined up seven free bike shows for attendees to take in at this year’s Sturgis Rally.

Known for his early, crazy days in British Heavy Metal and time as a reality-television star, Ozzy Osborne will make a concert stop at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip this year.

Just as riders around the country, or even the world, make plans to head to the famous motorcycle rally at Sturgis later this year, the Buffalo Chip continues to book entertainment. The latest, the Doobie Brothers.

Buffalo Chip Readies to be Bad to the Bone

Planning has begun for the entertainment portion of what makes up the Buffalo Chip experience for Sturgis 2017.

With the hectic schedule everyone at ‘The Chip’ seems to keep during the famous Sturgis Rally, it would be fair to think they would rest for the rest of the year. A new contest shows this isn’t the case.

The legendary rally in Sturgis may be over, the efforts to bring equally historic motorcycles to its exhibits is a year-round effort by the town’s two-wheeled museum.

The annual motorcycle rally in Sturgis attracts riders of all types, from everyday bikers to famous faces. One of the surefire places to find a favorite riding star is the Buffalo Chip’s signature charity event the Legends Ride.

With the legendary motorcycle rally getting slowly closer, all things Sturgis are being finalized including the second annual Veterans Charity Ride to the famous event.
