Calling this latest helmet its most advanced, premium helmet, HJC adds the new model to the company’s 2016 Fall lineup in Canada and the United States.
Tested and designed in HJC’s own R&D and Wind Tunnel facility, the replacement of the RPHA 10 Pro is lighter, but maintains its strength with the manufacturer’s Advanced PIM Plus construction. This new design leads to HJC noting the RPHA 11 is one of the lightest, if not the lightest helmet in its premium class.
A new shell design and spoiler don’t just make for a more aerodynamic helmet, but catches the riding eye with its appealing design. Two redesigned mouth vents, an added adjustable forehead vent and two new rear exhaust vents promise to keep riders cool and comfortable when combined with HJC’s Multi-Cool Interior.
With helmet design making as many advancements as the technology found on motorcycle’s themselves, several performance and safety feature upgrades are said to make the RPHA 11 Pro HJC’s most innovative helmet ever.
The most basic idea of improving motorcycle helmets by allowing riders to see more while wearing them is something making the rounds with manufacturers. In the case of HJC, a 5 mm increased upward viewing angle allows for better vision with a larger eyeport.
The new shield now supports a multi-point locking system for added security, as well as a new anti-fog insert. Significant interior safety features include rear neck reflectors and emergency quick release pads.
HJC also notes, there are at least a dozen other improved features contribute to this exceptional helmet but they want interested riders to visit their local HJC dealer for not only an opportunity to see them in person but enjoy the ‘RPHA 11 Pro helmet experience’.
The RPHA 11 Pro is available in black, semi-flat black, semi-flat titanium, and white, as well as five new graphics, including Marvel’s Spider-Man and Venom.
The helmet is shipped in XS-2XL, are DOT and ECE approved and start with a MSRP of $399.99, with a 5-year warranty.
